Razer and Evisu partner for unique gaming accessories

American-Singaporean outfit Razer, which specialises in gaming accessories, has partnered with Japanese denim company Evisu for a line of unique products.

Razer is a revered name in the gaming accessories market, with a sizable following and popular products such as the DeathAdder gaming mouse. In recent times the company has been establishing itself as a lifestyle brand, with ventures into streetwear fashion and collaborations with fashion companies such as Evisu. Despite its popularity, the Japanese fashion label has something of a cult following, who will expectedly turn their attention to the company’s collaboration with Razer.

The results of the partnership are “designed with the gamer in mind,” with the Razer | Evisu Apparel collection being a three-part capsule. The fashion line features hoodies emblazoned with the company’s motifs, along with a pair of Evisu’s distinguished jeans featuring the colours of Razer’s branding.

The collaboration goes beyond fashion and into gaming accessories, with both brands collaboratively designing peripherals like the Razer Orochi V2 ultra-lightweight wireless mouse or the Razer BlackWidow V3 mechanical keyboard. The products “mimic the denim effect” of Evisu’s apparel.

“Razer has launched collaborations with fashion and lifestyle partners that are best in class to great success. This time, we’re extremely excited to work with the team at EVISU that is known for their commitment to quality and craftsmanship for our next capsule collection,” said Addie Tan, Associate Director of Business Development at Razer.

“With our knowledge on gaming lifestyle and EVISU’s expertise on denim and streetwear fashion, Razer and EVISU have reimagined what it means to be a gamer.”

The product line is available from February 24, 2023. For more Computing & Gaming news, click here.
