New Audio-Technica earbuds offer 50 hours of on-the-go use

The just released ATH-CKS50TW wireless earbuds from Audio-Technica stand out due to exceptional battery autonomy.

The company claims the earbuds are built with a high-capacity battery that offers 15 hours of continuous playback with active noise cancellation on, and 20 hours without it.

By using the charger case, listeners can, says the manufacturer, experience up to 50 hours of playback on-the-go. Audio-Technica claims that just 10 minutes of charging in the case guarantees up to 90 minutes of listening time without active noise cancellation.

The earbuds are light weight, and sport 9mm HD TWS drivers that offer a strong bass sound. A low latency mode allows users to reduce audio lag while streaming or gaming. A passthrough mode also allows users to reduce the volume and hear the sounds of their surroundings.

The ATH-CKS50TW is designed with a range of helpful features. Multipoint support means that the earbuds can be connected to phones, tablets or computers. They have fast pairing for Android devices, and there is also the option to listen to one earbud at a time. A sidetone feature lets users hear their own voice during voice calls. Furthermore, IPX4 water resistance protects the device from light rain or sweat.

Key selling points:

  • Extraordinary autonomy
  • Low latency mode for streaming or gaming
  • Multipoint connectivity
