Mr Diepold will succeed Harald Friedrich, who has taken over the management of Sales for Sales Eastern and Central Europe.

Having worked for BSH for over 30 years, Mr Diepold is ready to take on new challenges at Robert Bosch Hausgeräte GmbH, when he moves into his new role as managing director, which will formally begin 1 January 2023. Most recently, he was Sales Director in charge of eCommerce and Technical Superstores, and – with many years of experience in the kitchen segment – has played an instrumental role in the introduction of Bosch’s ‘accent line’.

Mr Diepold has also helped establish Bosch as a well-known brand within the furniture industry and contributed to the successful development of the company’s e-commerce sales channel.

Commenting on his new appointment, Mr Diepold said: “I am very honoured to assume the overall responsibility for the distribution of the Bosch brand in Germany. Thanks to my many years of experience in the kitchen industry and in the electrical trade, I feel well prepared for the challenges ahead.”

He added: “I already know the team that I will be leading very well and hold them in high regard. I’m therefore all the more looking forward to creating new innovations and further advancing the Bosch brand.”
